Informed Technologies India Ltd is a part of Khandelwal group of companies, established in 1946 with business interests in a wide variety of manufacturing and service industries.
The Name of the Company has been changed from Khandelwal Ferro Alloys Limited to KFA Corporation Limited and later from KFA Corporation Limited to Informed Technologies India Limited.

Gautam Khandelwal – Promoter Non-Executive Chairman
Gautam Khandelwal studied in the London School of Economics and has a background in building and managing companies across a variety of sectors including manufacturing and real estate for the 70 year old Khandelwal Group. He founded Informed-Tech to provide off-shore analytical and back-office services to the financial services sector. He was also a director of Punjab National Bank (Second largest nationalized bank in India) appointed by the Government of India as a Nominee Director. He is also on the board of several other large listed and unlisted companies.
Mr. Shyam Bapurao Kanbargi – Independent Director
Mr. Shyam Bapurao Kanbargi is a Graduate in Science (BSC.) He has a total working experience of around 45 years in Ferro alloys production.
Mr. Virat Mehta – Independent Director
He holds a Graduate degree from University of Delhi and has completed his MBA in Marketing and International Business from Fordham Gabelli School of Business, New York
He has an extensive experience of 30 years in Communication and Brand Marketing. He has worked in Advertising and Brand Building projects in top agencies like Ogilvy and JWT. His last assignment was at Nestle India where he was Vice President Communications for more than 10 years. He is presently working as an Independent Director of Nagpur Power And Industries Limited and Nominee Director of The Motwane Manufacturing Company Private Limited.
Sia Khandelwal – Promoter Non-Executive Director
Sia Khandelwal Graduated in 2017 from Barnard College of Columbia University with a BA in Urban Studies and Economics. She has also Completed PG diploma in Indian Aesthetics from Jnanapravaha Institute in Mumbai in 2019.
Tara Khandelwal – Promoter Non-Executive Director
Ms.Tara Khandelwal Graduated with a degree in Economic History from Barnard College, Columbia University, an Msc in Management from Imperial College, and She is an alumni of the Columbia University Publishing Course. Tara is an entrepreneur, editor, podcaster and features writer. She help businesses and individuals create impactful stories with a sharp narrative edge, across formats: be it books, podcasts, newsletters, research reports, curriculum design, events and more. She has experience in content creation and strategy, and managing creative teams. Before founding her start-up “Bound”, she previously worked at BloombergQuint, HarperCollins, Penguin India, Writers’ Side and SheThePeople.TV.
